Emotional wellbeing group – open to all

King Street has teamed up with Kintsugi Hope to run emotional wellbeing group sessions that are open to all. We aim for those who take part to learn  and grow in knowledge about mental and emotional wellbeing, and as a group to form a wellbeing community. These groups are open to everyone and anyone – you don’t need to have a mental illness diagnosis to take part, and you won’t be expected to share your darkest secrets with the rest of the participants.

The sessions for the next group will begin on Wednesday February 3rd at 7pm, and will be weekly for 12 weeks. At the present time they will be held on Zoom, so you will need a phone, tablet or computer that has a microphone and camera. You will need to ‘sign up’ to come along, so please contact us over social media or email kintsugi@kingstreetbaptist.org.uk. There is no charge. We especially welcome people from the Thetford and Breckland area.

Kintsugi Hope is a UK charity striving to make a difference to people’s mental wellbeing. Like us, they want to see a world where mental and emotional health is understood and accepted, with safe and supportive communities for everyone to grow and flourish.  To understand more, take a look at this short video from Kintsugi Hope, and don’t forget to get in touch with us.
